She had been practicing medicine since graduating in 1994, which opened a gateway to experiences. She got to learn and gain a deep understanding of physician behaviors and had the privilege of working with colleagues with different levels of expertise and cases.
She witnessed the losses and triumphs, the falls, the stress and peace of those around her. She is occupied with an administrative leadership position in her organization, which opened a new perspective on issues impacting the performance and well-being of physicians.
